The PC app and mobile android app have received nice updates through the years, and both function very well. The customer support is also reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. Mixed experience - Good on my Tablet, fustrating on my Laptop I've been using NordVPN for about a week. My experience is mixed. On the positive side: 1. it is very competitively priced. I got a 28 month deal for $4 a month 2. It works reasonably well on my Samsung Tablet On the negative side: Connecting using the NordVPN App on my laptop is simply not user friendly or intuitive. This morning I struggled for 5 minutes to connect. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Update: From my son (who has a computer science degree) - "the desktop app is rubbish"
