CZVery intuitive software and excellent support In most cases the Support responds to new tickets very quickly and most of cases is solved within a very short period of time. Usually, the Support people are very helpful and polite, you speak to a real person and they respond to what you are saying. Not very usuall across the industry and internet in general. The app fits my workflow like a glove so this is now my primary photoediting software, while I have valid licences for C1, Zoner, DxO PL, Corel Suite, Affinity, Lightroom etc.

GBThey resolved my problem quickly They resolved my problem quickly. I had inadvertently entered an incorrect e-mail address on an order so didn't receive the receipt or see the product in my account. They were able to correct the problem and add it to my account.

CHON1 Nonoise compaired ON1 Nonoise is definitely not as good as the products from Topas. But for many images it is good enough and the processing speed, especially on a laptop without dedicated graphic card for the rendering, is much faster than that for Topas. ON1 needs to improve its algorithms. The other problem is that adjustment sliders only seem to work properly at 100%. Much better adjustment facilities are needed.

AUON1 is an excellent editing program…but ON1 is an excellent editing program that is reasonably easy to learn to use. One area that is still missing is AI recovery of faces and bodies in old photos. Other programs achieve this now and ON1 should have this. Some recovery is available in the new de-noise and sharpen modules. But it is still weaker in this area.

DEMy problem has been solved. It is great, the customer service is helpful and the response very quick and targeted. My problem has been solved.
