USThe website is hard to negotiate and… The website is hard to negotiate and way too full of " gotta buy me ads". Once downloaded to my desktop, the"On1 Raw Everything" program had to reinstall every time I tried to open it. It did find the "program folder that is used to contain most computer programs, but never really opened without re-installing itself. Total frustration.

USWhen I first installed On1 Photo RAW… When I first installed On1 Photo RAW Max 2024, it quickly recognized that I also have Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom already installed. It works great with these programs or alone by itself. I am still very new to this software, but it does work nicely, so much so that even a newbie like me can learn it.

USRequires opengl install on your… Requires opengl install on your computer which 1, non standard, 2, very difficult and time consuming to install and 3 makes your whole system prone to crashes. You will get zero help from On1. Everyone say its good is lying and paid to say so.

CZVery intuitive software and excellent support In most cases the Support responds to new tickets very quickly and most of cases is solved within a very short period of time. Usually, the Support people are very helpful and polite, you speak to a real person and they respond to what you are saying. Not very usuall across the industry and internet in general. The app fits my workflow like a glove so this is now my primary photoediting software, while I have valid licences for C1, Zoner, DxO PL, Corel Suite, Affinity, Lightroom etc.
