Excellent Team Excellent Team Update 4-19-2024: Unfortunately, Dell, Elgato and myself had to provide a resolution to resolve the annoying sound distortion that was resulting in unprofessional live broadcasts anytime we would move or open pictures during the live stream. We are not faulting the technical support team. We believe they have not been provided all the tools by restream. To this day, we have not heard a response from the development team leaving us with no urgent resolution. We find that concerning especially since a premium was paid. Now that we are on a new platform, we do not have those issues. Elgato received no compensation for their technical support But both Dell and elgato determined that it was not their equipment or any of our settings. Thus, the problem was occurring with the restream platform. Again, we're not faulting individuals on the technical support team, but restream should have responded to us in a timely fashion instead of leaving us with no resolution. Restream has made it pretty painless… Restream has made it pretty painless for me to multistream on Twitch & YT--and a recent update removed my frustration entirely, allowing me to create and use YouTube events without having to log out of OBS to do so. Their chat program is a huge help as well, allowing me to overlay it on my main monitor so I can see it while in-game--as long as my game is in Borderless Windowed instead of Full Screen. It would be great if I could have it on top while in Full Screen too.

I am a zoom user and a home-production source of video content for clients and customers. I am a zoom user. I have an account with Screencast O'Matic for video editing purposes. On my first organized run using Restream -- without yet running concurrent live streams -- what a fantastic third leg for my video content management stool. The downloaded videos are excellent quality.

Great experience Great experience. Their service works well. I’ve tried a few different methods and other companies for multi streaming and honestly Restream is by far the best and easiest to use. It works well, their chat all in one place is super useful and even their free tier works great. I recently upgraded to their 1st paid tier and I’m so far very happy with the additional features I have. There pricing was clear and I check and unsubscribing looks to be easy which is always good when a company makes that process transparent. Overall I recommend restream

Great Great: better price than what I was paying elsewhere, more features to use like the various background music selections, countdown timers, scrolling marquee, and ease of prescheduling a live stream. We also liked the stream performance email immediately following the stream. Cons: in the playback video stored on Restream and on YouTube, there are frame drops, so the video feed stalls every few moments. It almost appears to coordinate with when I click on viewer comments to display them on the screen. The post-stream performance email indicated no lost frames but that is not the case, though it is an improvement over the other company we used previously. Otherwise, this was a vast improvement in streaming performance over what we were previously getting elsewhere.
