I had a problem with having installed an identical copy of the software so there was a licensing problem. Online tech support person named River was a wealth of information and talked me through to a solution in no time. Best online support ever.

GBWhen I tried to load the software When I tried to load the software, it did load it properly, but the Microsoft loading window stayed up which confused me as to the question as to it's completion. I deleted the software and repeated the process with the same result. I then launched Word and it asked for the key code and that went as expected. I had to run the task manager to remove the download window. Windows 7 Pro.

This might have accounted for the delay in my access to the product download. All is good with the download, install and product key.

GBWin10 Pro key doesn't work Bought Win 10 Pro & key doesn't work. Convoluted instructions are for upgrade from Home to Pro, which is not what I bought. Instructions said to enter 2 different "generic" codes, then restart, then enter "unique" product code they sent. When tried to activate error message was that my PC had to be connected to my company's network in order to activate. I am not a company. I am a single PC. getPConline does not respond to calls or emails.
