Customer Support Carefully reviewed specs. Ordered Visio 2016 for Windows 7. Downloaded, attempted installation. Failed with some corny message saying "when it's fixed we'll let you know". Chatted up agent/bot without resolution. Have heard nothing back from GetPCOnline support. Credit card charged ASAP and I have no product.

Fast email receipt of the purchase with easy instructions for download, install, license Key and registration process. Great website, easy to do business with. I'll be back for future needs!

Buyer Beware My laptop should accommodate an upgrade to windows 10; however, it will NOT handle the “tool” that is required to install the upgrade! When I discovered this only moments after placing my order I requested that the charge be reversed. The company accepts no responsibility for the lack of information that lead to this pointless purchase. They want a screen shot of the error message and sent me instructions on how to do this on a Windows 10 computer… Duh, I don’t HAVE windows 10… that’s why I ordered it. Not worth the hassle to try to recover the wasted expense. They basically assume that every customer is a liar and cheat. It’s 20 bucks… Not hardly worth insulting the customer, but they did!

Installation and support and Number 1 The software downloaded and installed easily and perfectly. I had a problem with having installed an identical copy of the software so there was a licensing problem. Online tech support person named River was a wealth of information and talked me through to a solution in no time. Best online support ever.

Microsoft 2019 it was an easy purchase, but the download took me some time to get it right. But finally got everything downloaded. Problem is it doesn't show that I downloaded or have 2019 per Microsoft. That is another problem, for another day. I originally lost everything and had to purchase and install new hard drive. I had to purchase another Microsoft 2019 which I should not have had to purchase another one. I should have been able to use the same key to download. But again, Microsoft would not recognize the key or prior or this one.
