I deleted the software and repeated the process with the same result. I then launched Word and it asked for the key code and that went as expected. I had to run the task manager to remove the download window. Windows 7 Pro.

Win10 Pro key doesn't work Bought Win 10 Pro & key doesn't work. Convoluted instructions are for upgrade from Home to Pro, which is not what I bought. Instructions said to enter 2 different "generic" codes, then restart, then enter "unique" product code they sent. When tried to activate error message was that my PC had to be connected to my company's network in order to activate. I am not a company. I am a single PC. getPConline does not respond to calls or emails.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus… Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Can't believe it worked!! I don't understand how they sell it at this cost. It seems like a scam but it works perfect. Took about an hour to download and set up my outlook account. No issues so far. So worth it. I'm literally in shock...and still thinking there must be a catch, but it works perfect!
