Contacted them and their respose is I have to pay for another liscense. I paid to own the BOT why do I need another Lic!!!, buyer beware. Now I have a $3000.00 wasted investment that I can't use.

The customer service got back to me within a day and explained to me how to purchase the product and set up a time where they would show me how to use the product on my computer remotely.
