No Transparency Essentially they talk down to you on the initial sales call and refuse to give any real live preview or trial of the bot. Their reasoning is "trials or monthly subscriptions are not a viable business model" which is absolute crap. I'm not spending 10k (entry price) on something I cannot see live or try myself.

And if you have any issues or concerns while using the product, reach out to customer service and they will help you very quickly. They emphasize their desire to help you succeed so I see this as a no brainer decision to improve your trading.
