Contacted them and their respose is I have to pay for another liscense. I paid to own the BOT why do I need another Lic!!!, buyer beware. Now I have a $3000.00 wasted investment that I can't use.

No Transparency Essentially they talk down to you on the initial sales call and refuse to give any real live preview or trial of the bot. Their reasoning is "trials or monthly subscriptions are not a viable business model" which is absolute crap. I'm not spending 10k (entry price) on something I cannot see live or try myself.
