No Transparency Essentially they talk down to you on the initial sales call and refuse to give any real live preview or trial of the bot. Their reasoning is "trials or monthly subscriptions are not a viable business model" which is absolute crap. I'm not spending 10k (entry price) on something I cannot see live or try myself.

The customer service got back to me within a day and explained to me how to purchase the product and set up a time where they would show me how to use the product on my computer remotely. Furthermore, they described to me multiple products and asked me a few questions about myself so they were sure I was choosing the best product for my circumstances.
