The customer service got back to me within a day and explained to me how to purchase the product and set up a time where they would show me how to use the product on my computer remotely. Furthermore, they described to me multiple products and asked me a few questions about myself so they were sure I was choosing the best product for my circumstances.

These folks are useless don't go near… These folks are useless don't go near them.They won't answer basic questions, don't listen, try to pitch using high pressure, insults and honestly, just stupid dialogue. They have no idea how to capture customers, their sales and support appear to be useless.

Even while I still use the Shotbot and Ripperone in addition to manually trading, I am beginning to avoid it because the bots earn more money than I do and I often miss trades while waiting for my setups.
