They make sure I have all the knowledge I need to succeed, whether it's through the more recent training films or just being available to call. My earnings also show this to be true. Bad News - Stay Away I'm a highly experienced trader and took a chance on them. Very scammy, and positive reviews here make no sense. You've been warned. Countless other vendors have better bots at 1/20th of the price. You'll lose money on the purchase, and if you're crazy enough to activate them on a real account, you'll lose money from bad trades and even more if you enable their "risk management." If you purchase a bot, don't expect any help from them, you will be 100% on your own. No matter how much you spend. I got suckered for $30K, so if you spend that or less, I can say from experience that you're not important.

Finally got a response from TruTrade… Finally got a response from TruTrade and they have kindly assisted with complementary VPS hosting, Key resets and a few months off their prop trading fees. Still have issues but TruTrade is making an effort to making things work. Initially had issues with TruTrade's support due to their slow response to a technical glitch, things are looking better at this time as they have finally corrected the error. Still need more time to determine the performance of the AI bots
