ILStay away from this product! One of the examples is that there is no simple way to use an anchored VWAP. The candle must be selected by right-clicking, finding it in the open menu, and choosing it. When that candle has moving averages, right-clicking on it and choosing VWAP is almost impossible. The moving averages need to be hidden before the right click can be performed. Otherwise, you simply open moving average configurations. The process is time-consuming and annoying! In the absence of clear demo trial options on the site, I subscribed for a year. Within two hours of trying their platform, I contacted customer service and requested a refund. However, according to their "policy", you cannot get your money back! I'm stacked with it for a year!!! Considering the product price, I expected to be more flexible. I wasted my money on that! In my opinion, TradingView is a much better product, and at a better price! In response to Dan: The meeting is not of interest to me. Please refund me. Here's the latest update: March 6 Despite my emails asking Dan to refund me, he ignored them and never replied. Stay away from this company!

GBAfter preliminary review of TrendSpider… After preliminary review of TrendSpider platform options, I used my first 1 on 1 conference call to discuss visual scripting issue with Mr. James Chambers. His answers were friendly, clear and concise when providing guidance to the various options available in the platform menus. We also briefly discussed scanning options. James also offered future assistance with any question that I may have and provided links for visual scripting examples and scheduling of future calls. Thus, I rank the customer service as excellent. AUTREND SPIDER - CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Trend Spiders customer support really is second to none!!! I have been a sub for around 5 years now and they are constantly improving the platform and basically it's impossible to improve their customer support because they get back to you literally within at the latest 24hrs - usually within an hour or two 90% of the time it's less than that as well!! They are professional, and friendly and nothing is too hard for them. They give their all for their loyal subs. Thanks TS team and keep up the great work guys!!
