CAExcellent Customer Service Tech support at Trend spider is superb. They know their stuff and I am very pleased to work with them on an almost daily basis to learn more about this system since I am new to TrendSpider. I also like TS' weekly emails describing current market trends including well explained charts and I believe is very insightful and useful for traders.

USI've used Trendspider for 4 years now I've used Trendspider for 4 years now. With the ability to back test a strategy and determine if you're trading correctly is an essential part of my portfolio management now. I not only look at the amount of money I make from trades I take in Trendspider, but more about how much it saves me in the downturn as well. It far exceeds the yearly amount I've paid. The customized alerts (on indicators) are essential with the watch lists and scans finding me opportunities allows me to expand my stock, ETF and crypto selection. I can't trade without the software anymore.

CADisappointed with customer service Disappointed with customer service. It takes ages for reps to respond to any query. If they are overwhelmed with lots of queries then TS needs to beef up customer service with headcount.

ILStay away from this product! One of the examples is that there is no simple way to use an anchored VWAP. The candle must be selected by right-clicking, finding it in the open menu, and choosing it. When that candle has moving averages, right-clicking on it and choosing VWAP is almost impossible. The moving averages need to be hidden before the right click can be performed. Otherwise, you simply open moving average configurations. The process is time-consuming and annoying! In the absence of clear demo trial options on the site, I subscribed for a year. Within two hours of trying their platform, I contacted customer service and requested a refund. However, according to their "policy", you cannot get your money back! I'm stacked with it for a year!!! Considering the product price, I expected to be more flexible. I wasted my money on that! In my opinion, TradingView is a much better product, and at a better price! In response to Dan: The meeting is not of interest to me. Please refund me. Here's the latest update: March 6 Despite my emails asking Dan to refund me, he ignored them and never replied. Stay away from this company!
