We spent TWO weeks trying to complete an applcation with a coapplicant. Ofcten it would say completed and sdubmiotted whern ity wasn't. We would nmot recommend this portal to anyone.Home Group was fantastic! We loved the homes. But the leases, like everyone else's, contained restrictions and clauses that we did not like. Very restrictive.

I got a lot of errors on the website… I got a lot of errors on the website while trying to apply as a co-signer/coapplicant. They made the process take much longer than it should have. I have a rating of 4 stars because of how helpful the customer service agent was, otherwise it would have been lower.

I Choose to put some faith in Homerock… I Choose to put some faith in Homerock in that same breath this company is associated with them. Overall horrible. Very unprofessional and negligent when it comes to calls and emails. This company is like so alarming it makes you think they are professional scammers in a way. I’m sure you could get a home but with everything that comes in between your better off going with a company with horrible reviews & I’m sure they will give better customer service and services overall

Easiest application process ever Easiest application process ever. Rather than having to dig around looking for pay stubs and bank statements, this allowed to connect to your bank and payroll system. It made the headache of applying to places a whole lot easier!
