Everyone I spoke to/chatted with online… Everyone I spoke to/chatted with online with was very nice, helpful and answered all of my questions. The back and forth to get my previous rental history was kind of taxing but nothing insane. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this to a friend, but with the warning that this is not going to happen as fast as other rental processes at other places I have rented from. But they do have good customer service from what I have experienced!

Really streamlined property management… Really streamlined property management company. It was so easy to find a rental home and do all the steps necessary to move-in. The Trustmark employee, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was super friendly and helpful for any issue that I had. Highly recommend!

Easiest application process ever Easiest application process ever. Rather than having to dig around looking for pay stubs and bank statements, this allowed to connect to your bank and payroll system. It made the headache of applying to places a whole lot easier!
