Be aware of refund terms Outdated VPS setup. Randomly slow and not very helpful technical support taking days to reach a somewhat stable status. VPS using poor hardware (less powerful than a shared hosting). But real problems start when you ask for refunds. READ THEIR TERMS BEFORE PURCHASE. One way or another, it is always denied. Be aware.

I consistently have problems with them… I consistently have problems with them and the support is useless. You open a ticket and they will make changes without even reading the ticket just creating new problems. I can't believe how bad they are. They changed IP address on our server which affected all are DNS. It's been a month of opening tickets and I still can't get it resolved. I absolutely would not use them. UPDATE It takes 2 hours to get a reply from you only to ask for the same information that was in the ticket or the 20+ tickets on the exact same issue because NO ONE reads the ticket. I highly recommend anyone reading this DO NOT USE ULTA. I had to transfer out because I can't get any response.

Only false and unnecessary… Only false and unnecessary advertisements! The speed of the servers is very low Take a test, the download does not exceed 60 megabytes With this cost, fees and taxes, there are better sites that definitely give speeds above 400 megabytes

Great for a VPS system I ordered a VPS with CyberPanel, a new and somewhat unstable control panel. I had LOTS of problems. It was VERY frustrating. It's a very nice panel and I wanted to get it to work, and I was stubborn. Tech support was helpful and patient; and Sales refused to cancel my account when my frustration maxed out. Ultimately, they gave me two free weeks of hosting for my trouble, and now I have DirectAdmin as the panel. They even set up LiteSpeed for my web server for me. I was really backed into a corner there, and they shined a light into my space and helped me out.
