only receiving red lights at scales My service was interrupted due to nonpayment, which happened because when I signed up for prepass I gave the salesman my payment info and it never was added to my account. As a result I didnt make the monthly payment so my service was suspended. I promptly made a payment to restore services and I have only recieved red lights ever since. So I feel that my prepass service is a waste of time and money since I have to pull into the scales and stop anyway.

Great addition to the truck I've only had PrePass for a short period but it's been great thus far. My only complaint is that sometimes you're right at the weigh station before you get the bypass light. This may be an issue with the weigh stations themselves (I'm not 100%). I hate having to slow down to enter the weigh station only to get the green light to bypass. It's a journey getting back up to 65 at 80,000 pounds.

Well as a new owner operator prepass… Well as a new owner operator prepass customer service is grate very helpful with the whole process. They don't take up a lot of your time they try to get you going as fast as they can. They prices are fair their not out dig in our pockets.

For the toll collection the company is… For the toll collection the company is doing fine but for weight stations are green lights when stations are closed. I do not understand it there I stayed with the program .
