Have been a Quicken user for over… Have been a Quicken user for over twenty years. I use many of its features daily. On the rare occasion there is a problem, the support staff have been able to find a solution in a reasonable time. The one thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is, I dislike the subscription only business model.

One Step Update issues Too many continuing and chronic issues with One Step Update. It usually works OK, but not always. Too many updates to the One Step Update feature - updates don't always work and it is time consuming to get problems corrected. A continuing bug in the feature that I have reported several times (with no results) - if the One Step Update fails to connect to my bank, the only way out is to pull up Task Manager and close Quicken from there. Sometimes it is simply faster to connect to the Bank web site through my web browser and download transactions from there.

Transaction updates to Schwab… Transaction updates to Schwab investment accounts and Wells Fargo banking accounts no longer working. When working, when one tried to update the investment accounts, Quicken downloaded past transactions that have already been reconciled. Quicken needs to add a field on the update function ... "Only Update Transactions After This Date."

No longer have much faith in Quicken I haven't been able to download transactions for dozen accounts at my bank. Quicken can distinguish correctly between nine of these accounts. I enter all my transactions manually from my bank. Incredibly frustrating and non productive for my business. It works for Discover, Home Depot, and Capital One. I have gave up on Quicken support months ago. They can't seem to figure out the issue. Issues started 8/2023 it's now 5/2024.

A very satisfied Quicken user for 34 years. I have used Quicken for Mac since 1993. You have continually improved and updated this product over those 34 years. The quality of your updates are truly impressive because they actually improve the product and I have never had to rebuild my data after any of your updates! Great job and keep up the good work.
