GBInflation alive and well at Quicken. First of all, I was shocked to see how much the price had increased over the past three years. I've been a Quicken user for dozens of years, and now I'm going to have to find an alternative product that I can afford. Secondly, the software has become less useful. I can only make automatic daily downloads from about half of my accounts at my financial institutions, which forces me to make numerous daily manual downloads of data to keep my account status current. The reason I subscribe now is the convenience of daily downloads of my financial transactions, and your company has forced me to RENT the software at an exorbitant rate. I won't be a Quicken customer much longer. Much of the functionality of the product no longer exists.

GBI like Quicken very much I like Quicken very much. I found its features and functionality very user friendly and complete. And that’s why I have been a loyal user of this software for more than 3 decades. However, the price increases are getting ridiculously high, to a point that customers may be discouraged to renew the subscription in the future and start to search for other options with Quicken’s competitors. From 2022 to 2023 the price increased 15% and from 2023 to 2024 increased another 20%. That seems too much. Please hold your horses on this topic, Quicken.

GBI Chose Stability over Better Programming I chose Quicken over Microsoft Money more than twenty years ago. I used it with windows programming up until the middle of 2020 when I switched to iOS. The windows programming was easier and more user friendly. I wish the iOS programming was better especially with dates in reports. Although iOS is more stable than windows.

GBHave been a Quicken user for over… Have been a Quicken user for over twenty years. I use many of its features daily. On the rare occasion there is a problem, the support staff have been able to find a solution in a reasonable time. The one thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is, I dislike the subscription only business model.

GBNo longer have much faith in Quicken I haven't been able to download transactions for dozen accounts at my bank. Quicken can distinguish correctly between nine of these accounts. I enter all my transactions manually from my bank. Incredibly frustrating and non productive for my business. It works for Discover, Home Depot, and Capital One. I have gave up on Quicken support months ago. They can't seem to figure out the issue. Issues started 8/2023 it's now 5/2024.
