My copy of Visio 2019 came with a bad product key I ordered a copy of Visio 2019. The download link worked, but the key I was given was rejected. To avod delays like I experienced, I recommend that Helpful Downloads offer alternative support options, such as a scheduled Teams or Zoom call. That way, if the dial-in number is overloaded, the meeting can go ahead.

It been hours and I still haven’t… It been hours and I still haven’t received my download! I have checked all my boxes(including spam); and I really needed this on today! I am totally shocked and disappointed because this is my second purchase (I was very pleased with the first one, the download came within 10 minutes and worked as promised).

Can't find executable file The installation program installed the software on my computer, but WHERE. It did not create an icon on my desktop. There was no information provided regarding the drive and folder in which the program was installed.
