My copy of Visio 2019 came with a bad product key I ordered a copy of Visio 2019. The download link worked, but the key I was given was rejected. However, when I called at the booked time, an automated attendant said no support staff was available, and this persisted in my follow-up calls. But it had a happy ending. I got a call this afternoon from a support staff member who emailed me a new product code, and we verified it on the call. The software is now activated. To avod delays like I experienced, I recommend that Helpful Downloads offer alternative support options, such as a scheduled Teams or Zoom call. That way, if the dial-in number is overloaded, the meeting can go ahead.

The download was impossible to download… The download was impossible to download onto my computer and use. Totally confusing and useless. I would like my purchase price refunded.
