It's been more than a month since my… It's been more than a month since my money for stuck while making a transaction,, and they keep on telling me to wait 48 hrs up to the point where am giving up,, this is my ticket ID 140582209941329,, they closed it before I received my money,, honestly this sucks

I want to give a 4.5 I want to give a 4.5, not because I’m not entirely all for how their customer service responded to my issue but the fact that the issue might have stemmed because I used their service It took a while, but their customer service was available 24/7 to under my complaints

Flutterwave is for scammers Flutterwave seems to be a platform set up to work with scammers on the internet. It provides zero buyer protection, and once the money has been sent, they are unable to retrieve it, unlike PayPal which offers buyer protection. I paid 750$ to a scammer and was told by Flutterwave to take it up with my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service & a good payment gateway for Africans They have speedy and prompt customers which I truly appreciate. They also have been updating their platforms which look good and better and I love that. However, it's not fun having to log in all the time. I understand it's for security. The payments work as they should. I'm happy with the platform.
