DECLINE MOST INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT CARDS I initially thought flutterwave will be a solution to receiving international payment for my business website but i was absolutely wrong. For clients who want to pay in Usd, i have over 95% not been able to pay because of decline or different error of cards . This has been so frustrating since i am losing lot of my foreign client when they are unable to make payment with there cards. ( Checking my list of transactions i keep seeing intending payment in usd not going through. I don't give this type of review, but i am sincerely frustrated by your international payment services . If this can be fixed, i will gladly change this to a five star

Best Prompt Customer Support Team 24/7 I actually made a payment to purchase a flight ticket, which the transaction was successful, but couldn’t generate my E-Ticket immediately, so after a month I discovered that, Then I had to Email the online customer service team, after showing my proof of payment. In no time less than 2-3 hours I got a positive feedback directly from my Merchant who’s in charge of the flight ticket and he sent me my E-Tickets. Timely Support We are using Flutterwave to collect payments for an event. We had an issue with a payment that was not captured. We contacted support and the problem was corrected within less than 2 days. The support team responded within an hour of submitting the ticket. The response gave clear instructions that we were able to follow and the problem was resolved within 48 hours.

Flutterwave is for scammers Flutterwave seems to be a platform set up to work with scammers on the internet. It provides zero buyer protection, and once the money has been sent, they are unable to retrieve it, unlike PayPal which offers buyer protection. I paid 750$ to a scammer and was told by Flutterwave to take it up with my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs.
