On the 28th march I made an online… On the 28th march I made an online purchase From an online boutique Name Mason bags even on google is available little did I know that is a scam and I noticed that their third party for online transactions.at this point I’m not sure what to do I’ve emailed the boutique with no response.

Timely Support We are using Flutterwave to collect payments for an event. We had an issue with a payment that was not captured. We contacted support and the problem was corrected within less than 2 days. The support team responded within an hour of submitting the ticket. The response gave clear instructions that we were able to follow and the problem was resolved within 48 hours.

Great customer service & a good payment gateway for Africans They have speedy and prompt customers which I truly appreciate. They also have been updating their platforms which look good and better and I love that. However, it's not fun having to log in all the time. I understand it's for security. The payments work as they should. I'm happy with the platform.

Best Prompt Customer Support Team 24/7 I actually made a payment to purchase a flight ticket, which the transaction was successful, but couldn’t generate my E-Ticket immediately, so after a month I discovered that, Then I had to Email the online customer service team, after showing my proof of payment. In no time less than 2-3 hours I got a positive feedback directly from my Merchant who’s in charge of the flight ticket and he sent me my E-Tickets. So @Flutterwave you’re the best on handling financial transactional matters. Kudos to your Team!!!
