GBDon't trust this company at all Don't trust this company at all , they scam you with no hesitate , I don't believe why no one close this company yet and no one take any action , if scamming is that easy then why we work so hard for our money , my money stuck in account for more than 2 months and no one care , they don't answer any email as well. Please someone punish them .

GBFlutterwave is for scammers Flutterwave seems to be a platform set up to work with scammers on the internet. It provides zero buyer protection, and once the money has been sent, they are unable to retrieve it, unlike PayPal which offers buyer protection. I paid 750$ to a scammer and was told by Flutterwave to take it up with my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs.

KEGreat customer service & a good payment gateway for Africans They have speedy and prompt customers which I truly appreciate. They also have been updating their platforms which look good and better and I love that. However, it's not fun having to log in all the time. I understand it's for security. The payments work as they should. I'm happy with the platform.

UGTimely Support We are using Flutterwave to collect payments for an event. We had an issue with a payment that was not captured. We contacted support and the problem was corrected within less than 2 days. The support team responded within an hour of submitting the ticket. The response gave clear instructions that we were able to follow and the problem was resolved within 48 hours.
