Timely Support We are using Flutterwave to collect payments for an event. We had an issue with a payment that was not captured. We contacted support and the problem was corrected within less than 2 days. The support team responded within an hour of submitting the ticket. The response gave clear instructions that we were able to follow and the problem was resolved within 48 hours.

On the 28th march I made an online… On the 28th march I made an online purchase From an online boutique Name Mason bags even on google is available little did I know that is a scam and I noticed that their third party for online transactions.at this point I’m not sure what to do I’ve emailed the boutique with no response.

Poor response time Poor response time. I gave up on the company midway registration. Not only did they ask for too many documents, but also took too long to respond to queries. How can one try and fail to register for 2 months???????? A customer gives up on you even before they register. Improve and stay ontop of your game!!!

Flutterwave is for scammers Flutterwave seems to be a platform set up to work with scammers on the internet. It provides zero buyer protection, and once the money has been sent, they are unable to retrieve it, unlike PayPal which offers buyer protection. I paid 750$ to a scammer and was told by Flutterwave to take it up with my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs.

Its big scam... Its big scam...When you write them email for the solution the email will keep running here and here with reply but no solution even after a month. Whats kinds of support and service one should offer specially if they are licensed. They must give the resolution of the issue instead of continuing the support reply with no outcome
