BEWARE, think before your purchase DVDFAB software Bought DVDFAB DVD Ripper and most of the time it simply doesn't work. I occasionally (about 1 in 5 times) get a successful rip, but 80% of the time the software starts and then after less than a minute grinds to a halt. Many other people have reported the same trouble on the internet and this has being going on for over a year with no correction supplied by DVDFAB. It can't be my computer, because I have tried the software on my other PC and the problem is the same. I realise software can have faults, but to take over a year to correct a problem is just totally unacceptable. Four words to sum this problem "rubbish software, rubbish company". I have been told my honest review may be removed by Trustpilot because I gave it one star. Yet I see many other people have already given it one star. For DVD ripping, use the free open source HANDBRAKE software. It may be slower but it's reliable and doesn't give up and grind to a halt,

Simply incredible DVDFAb is incredibly efficient for any type of work, such as converting videos, creating discs (DVD, Bluray or 4K discs), making backup copies of my discs, ripping discs, etc... Really the best software in its category, I'm using the trial version but I've already used a paid version at a friend's house, honestly the best.

DVDFab can turn DVDs into ISOs extremely well DVDFab was very useful in my quest to copy all of my DVDs onto my computer for personal use. (I used both DVD and Blu-Ray copy) I like my DVDs and I don't want them or my disc drive to get worn out. I used this to convert my DVDs to iso with no problems! There are many output options to choose from, I chose ISO just because I want the full disc image so it is essentially the exact same as watching the DVD with its menus and everything. However you can customize your use to your specifications and can do whatever you need with your own DVDs whether it be blu-ray or normal DVD! Highly recommend!

Compared to other products in the… Compared to other products in the market, I think DVDFab is quite good because it is relatively stable, continues to fix some issues, and supports new discs in a short time. The only problem is the price.

Blu-ray Ripper doesn't work well It doesn't matter what settings you try, what combinations you try or what usb port you choose the result is always the same. And it appears others are having issues with this €60 dud software that freezes most of the time. When it does respond it's as slow as a tortoise with a gammy leg. When I spend €60 on a piece of software I expect it to work the way it is advertised. I was told by someone in tech support to turn off CUDA setting or try MKV passthrough instead, this is not a solution! Not only did this not work but it froze up my computer. DVD Fab seem more interested in bombarding people with adverts in their software than actually providing something that works for the money. I'm not interested in the one or two people who managed to make it work on their computers, the star rating on here proves a lot. It's being uninstalled and never used again. Waste of money. I feel like I've been swindled. Only solution at this stage is a refund.
