Crashes. Waste of time. I bought the 1960's Batman TV shows Blu-Ray and I wanted to rip them for playing on my tablet. I tried MakeMVK and DVDFab. MakeMVK had no problem, DVDFab crashed not once but twice - both after about 5 minutes of setting itself up (which if you're sitting there can be a long time).

Absolute piece of junk Absolute piece of junk. tried using Bluray Creator and WOW...Just terrible.. Menus would not save and then once saved you could not reload and it kept defaulting to the built in menu background.. Froze.. could not read my burner..it just went on and on.. when I finally did get a disc to burn and finished.. it did not have any of the menu options!! Just a background image and nothing else. Wasted a $3 disc.. Not a great way to try and convince me to buy your software...lololol

In less than a year after purchasing… In less than a year after purchasing the lifetime StreamFab, it is completely broken for the major streaming companies. There has been no improvements that resolve the major issue of DRM. The customer service, or lack thereof, makes it even more frustrating. There is no transparency in upcoming fixes, or timelines for fixes. All responses from customer service/technical support are canned responses used to get the customer to wait. They will close tickets even when there is no resolution to the issue. There is no recourse for the lack of fixes to the software/service. DO NOT BUY/SUBSCRIBE!!! CHECK THE FORUMS FIRST!!!

Always an Excellent Experience. I have used software from this company for many years, so long I can't remember. Perhaps 10 years? I bought the lifetime DVD Copy and Ripper. It has performed very well over all the years. I've changed computersa number of times and had to re-download. Just entered my credentials and all was there and working perfectly. I don't know what the average time is to copy a complete DVD or to rip the copy to mp4, but always under an hour unless the DVD is faulty. I recently tried their Netflix Streamer, a couple weeks ago. It also worked very well. Fast, no errors, no drama. I would like to buy the lifetime copy, but being on a fixed income I'm hesitant for the price and for new software. I'll likely wait at least a few more months.

New to DVDFab today New to DVDFab today. So far they have delivered what they promised. I am in the process of saving my DVD collection to my NAS and a few discs have been giving me problems with my other DVD program. The problem discs work fine so far with DVDFab. I've tried both the Copy function and the Ripper function and those both seem to meet my needs. Thanks for getting me on my way with this process, I almost gave up on this disc.
