I felt like someone special We had a-lovely driver in each direction. On time. Informative and respectful. Both cars were clean, fresh and comfortable. The second car was a lexus and i felt like a someone being driven in it. Best part of holiday.

They give advance notification of driver's particulars to traveller so you won't miss your transport. They also plan your timing from arrival to departure at airport to avoid unforeseen traffic jam. on-time rides and GREAT service… arrival flight to Punta Cana came in early so we got an earlier pickup time. We were shown where to pick up the car . On way back ride was on time. Accidently left a bag in the car and didn't notice until inside airport terminal. Thankfully another driver helped us track our driver down and he returned with the bag within 15 minutes. AWSOME!

He was very friendly He was very friendly. He was in constant contact with me by what’s app prior to arrival. I told him when we landed and he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it in the airport lobby. He wished us off to our hotel in Playa del Carmen.
