He was very friendly He was very friendly. He was in constant contact with me by what’s app prior to arrival. I told him when we landed and he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it in the airport lobby. He wished us off to our hotel in Playa del Carmen.

A Caring Company Mozio is very reliable company and ensure travellers are well taken care of from point A to point B. They give advance notification of driver's particulars to traveller so you won't miss your transport. They also plan your timing from arrival to departure at airport to avoid unforeseen traffic jam. Absolutely RECOMMENDABLE AWESOME DRIVER, I actually changed the location of my hotel just a day before landing. When I told the driver about this, he initially asked me to pay for the new ride , as old one was the one which I paid for. I was OK with that. Then when he dropped me at my new location and I asked him the fare, he told me that I don't need to pay, as my amount from previous booking was adjusted into newer one.

Great service, friendly driver The driver who collected us at Cancun airport was polite but I don't think he spoke much English. The driver who collected us from our hotel for the return journey to the airport was called Eddy. He was punctual, friendly and polite. In fact, he was great fun, almost like a tour guide, telling us about the area and other parts of Mexico. He made the journey a real pleasure.

If you have never driven this route - don’t - leave it to the pros. It’s not for the faint hearted. It’s confusing, with many narrow, twisting, hairpin roads. The ride was comfortable, with drivers who showed up early and safely got us to our destination(s).
