I've tried a lot then contacted private VPN assistance. They helped me where the website doesn't help (please say that you must not translate the page before downloading config files!!!)

A smooth experience The helper online was excellent, providing all the info I needed to be sure of installing the vpn app as efficiently as possible. Also going out of his way to de-register me from automatic monthly renewal (I only require a month subscription). This was all a relief as previously (ie the last times I'd subscribed) I'd found enormous difficulties in getting the vpn to function, wasting many hours on it in fact .
