As it usually happens with everything, there are times when something does not work, but at Privatevpn there has always been a prompt and professional response. Today, I have been on the chat with Tom (a human), and Tom has been responsive and directed me with clear instructions so he could investigate the issue and attempt solutions to solve it. I appreciate Tom's endeavour to go through the options until the problem was finally resolved with a much happier me, and connection issues over!
