GBThese people are completely… These people are completely incompetent. I submitted an application on December 26th and within a few days got a message that I needed to submit another picture. I did within an hour of getting the message and then waited. I waited almost 18 weeks and finally contacted them to see what was happening. I was then finally told my second picture was not ok and to submit another. this was after EIGHTEEN WEEKS. They completely forgot about my application until I contacted them. What a joke. A very sad joke at that.....
