These people are completely… These people are completely incompetent. I submitted an application on December 26th and within a few days got a message that I needed to submit another picture. I did within an hour of getting the message and then waited. I waited almost 18 weeks and finally contacted them to see what was happening. I was then finally told my second picture was not ok and to submit another. this was after EIGHTEEN WEEKS. They completely forgot about my application until I contacted them. What a joke. A very sad joke at that.....

This company does everything well easy… This company does everything well. easy to follow instructions and the ease in which I was able to complete the passport process , and the assistance I received from Govplus. I had put off getting my passport for months now because of the process I heard you have to go through, but this was totally awesome. Thank you for being available and made the process of breeze and I would recommend you to any and everybody.

Grateful for improvement first time flying under this new and updated system for ease in check-in. I think Govplus is eliminating a lot of frustrated passengers going through the previous way of security check. Thanks so much...Great Job!

GOV plus is the best GOV plus saved me time to reapply for my passport, it’s convenient to do it in my own home. The process was easy to understand and I got it done very smoothly.
