NZOK, when it actually works. Okay, but not great. Purchased a 2 year plan, which was great value... While it worked. Most UK based services are now unwatchable with buffering and drop outs. They've acknowledged there's an issue, but reluctant to provide any detail or expected restoration estimate. Definitely better looking elsewhere if you want reliable access to UK based television service.

CAPrompt response from support team Response from Getflix for a query was the fastest I have ever seen from any support team. Even though the communication was via email, it appeared more like a live chat with the rep. These 5 stars are for the support team for understanding my request\query and acting so quickly on it. The request was further sent to the network team, hopefully, they can resolve it.
