great service and awesome support Getflix had been a reliable DNS andVPN provider over the last year allowing me to get around DNS restrictions. Had forgot to cancel the subscription as I'll be out of the country mostly this year, was charged the renewal amount. But a quick email to support and the amount was refunded immediately. Never seen a quicker turnaround with no questions asked with other companies I've dealt with across sectors. Will definitely go back to them once I'm ready again.

Reset your Router The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that! In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight). Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.

Had an issue trying to 'force' update… Had an issue trying to 'force' update my IP address as instructed but it did not work and wrote back to their support and answer came back instantly advising that it is an issue at their end and they are looking into it. Appreciated the quick response as it saved me plenty of time trying to fix it thinking it was an issue at my end when it was not. So great support from the Getflix team. thank you.
