He has great mannerism and patience and understanding. After being scammed for the first time in my life and my computer hacked I was suspicious of even talking to Scot because of the trust issue I had. He was very understanding and not one got irritated or upset he maintained a very profesional manner. The world needs more Scots' in it. KUDOS to Scot for doing a wonderful job with a mess of a woman through all of this, and he got m e all fixed up. Thank you Scot for being you and wonderful.

Rescueit to the Rescue.. At first I was hesitant and scared about what I was getting myself in with my computer being compromised from who knows where. But Microsoft technicians helped me feel like I could trust them especially tech Sam who walked me through the whole process. I am thankful for his total professionalism. Thank you Microsoft.

Jack has been a God Send Jack has been a God Send. I new all in one was hacked and the Bit locker shut my system down. I did not have the Bit Locker Recovery Key in order to regain access to my computer and my files. Other tech told me that the only way to have my computer back was to replace or scrub my hard drive and this meant that my files would be destroyed. My manuscript is on my hard drive. So I was very upset. When i finally called the correct and capable tech support Jack assured me that we could unlock my computer and save my files. He did exactly that!!! and I a so relieved that my manuscript is saved and I will go to live my dream of becoming a published author.
