My name is renee and I was helped by a… My name is renee and I was helped by a gentleman today named Scot. I want to let you all know he was absolutly wonderful. He has great mannerism and patience and understanding. After being scammed for the first time in my life and my computer hacked I was suspicious of even talking to Scot because of the trust issue I had. He was very understanding and not one got irritated or upset he maintained a very profesional manner. The world needs more Scots' in it. KUDOS to Scot for doing a wonderful job with a mess of a woman through all of this, and he got m e all fixed up. Thank you Scot for being you and wonderful.

The Microsoft team and Sam Kalra from Weardot were able to help me protect my devices and erase any threats that have been downloaded by the hackers.
