Rescueit to the Rescue.. At first I was hesitant and scared about what I was getting myself in with my computer being compromised from who knows where. But Microsoft technicians helped me feel like I could trust them especially tech Sam who walked me through the whole process. I am thankful for his total professionalism. Thank you Microsoft.

He has great mannerism and patience and understanding. After being scammed for the first time in my life and my computer hacked I was suspicious of even talking to Scot because of the trust issue I had. He was very understanding and not one got irritated or upset he maintained a very profesional manner. The world needs more Scots' in it.
