But Microsoft technicians helped me feel like I could trust them especially tech Sam who walked me through the whole process. I am thankful for his total professionalism. Thank you Microsoft.

GBMy name is renee and I was helped by a… My name is renee and I was helped by a gentleman today named Scot. I want to let you all know he was absolutly wonderful. He has great mannerism and patience and understanding. After being scammed for the first time in my life and my computer hacked I was suspicious of even talking to Scot because of the trust issue I had. He was very understanding and not one got irritated or upset he maintained a very profesional manner. The world needs more Scots' in it.
