The Microsoft team and Sam Kalra from Weardot were able to help me protect my devices and erase any threats that have been downloaded by the hackers. GBJack has been a God Send Jack has been a God Send. I new all in one was hacked and the Bit locker shut my system down. I did not have the Bit Locker Recovery Key in order to regain access to my computer and my files. Other tech told me that the only way to have my computer back was to replace or scrub my hard drive and this meant that my files would be destroyed. My manuscript is on my hard drive. So I was very upset. When i finally called the correct and capable tech support Jack assured me that we could unlock my computer and save my files. He did exactly that!!! and I a so relieved that my manuscript is saved and I will go to live my dream of becoming a published author.
