Office for MACOS 11.07 I have tried to download the Office so I could continue to homeschool and nobody was able to help me, since my computer had an older version, it wasn't until Mr. Charles very quick response and hands on helped that everything is now perfectly working. Charles has been helping me get the… Charles has been helping me get the software running on my MacBook Air but I have had to call back twice because the program will not run locally on my computer. They say it is supposed to and then they reinstall it and he shows me I can access from my desk top but it doesn’t. This has been very frustrating. Each time on the phone Charles is patient but it takes at least a half hour. I just want it to work or to receive my money back and I don’t want to waste any more time with him trying to figure it out.
