Best Help Line Yet My uninstall didn't complete and I had multiple install problems. I spoke with tech support and tried to fix it unsuccessfully. Having the same helpful tech support each time I called back saved a lot of aggregation and worked out very well. Great tech support and a great idea to allow me to connect to same person each time

Office for MACOS 11.07 I have tried to download the Office so I could continue to homeschool and nobody was able to help me, since my computer had an older version, it wasn't until Mr. Charles very quick response and hands on helped that everything is now perfectly working. We definitely recumbent this services.

Excellent customer service and very quick to help resolve the issue! Charles helped me understand that the 2019 Office download does not work on newer Mac's. The 2021 Office is the way to go!
