YAMM allows me to send personalized emails to my students in minutes, which increases response rates. Their costumer service is awesome!

GBI've used (and LOVE) YAMM Yet Another… I've used (and LOVE) YAMM Yet Another Mail Merge for almost two years now. It's a prieless business growth tool for cold email prospecting and for managing communication with existing contacts. Be smart when you use YAMM and it is a great business tool with SUPERB support, and PERFECT functionality and options. Take the time to learn about YAMM before you dive right in. Just be careful you don't spam people because the Google Gods WILL lock your account. If your account is locked five times it is permanently locked. But that's not YAMM's fault it's our fault.

GBLove the tool Love the tool. We accidentally auto renewed an account for someone who had left the business. I asked the support team about it and they sorted the issue within minutes!

GBI received a response very quickly with… I received a response very quickly with clear instructions on how to fix my problem. I do hope that YAMM can figure out how to include that issue in the form of an error message, or at least include more about it on their help page.

ZAA 101 in Customer Expectations The support staff replied very swiftly to my mail (despite me not being a client yet) and answered my question very easily and without feeling like was being belittled. They told me that the question I had, is something that they are working on and unfortunately cannot currently give me a date for the fix. This is the type of honesty that I personally appreciate from a company, they aren't trying to sell me an idea, they're stating it like it is.
