GBI contacted yamm about a dormant… I contacted yamm about a dormant account that was charged for renewal and requested a refund. I had a response and a full refund in less than 24 hours. It may have been in less than 12 hours. Either way, I was very surprised to have the request fully completed so quickly. Great customer service! Thanks
