I contacted yamm about a dormant… I contacted yamm about a dormant account that was charged for renewal and requested a refund. I had a response and a full refund in less than 24 hours. It may have been in less than 12 hours. Either way, I was very surprised to have the request fully completed so quickly. Great customer service! Thanks

Cancellation auto renewed subscription I had emailed YAMM regarding my cancellation of auto renewed subscription. Received a very prompt reply from YAMM help centre. They helped to cancel my auto renewal and also initiated the refund for the same. Very fast action on my query by the YAMM team. Thank you.

A 101 in Customer Expectations The support staff replied very swiftly to my mail (despite me not being a client yet) and answered my question very easily and without feeling like was being belittled. They told me that the question I had, is something that they are working on and unfortunately cannot currently give me a date for the fix. This is the type of honesty that I personally appreciate from a company, they aren't trying to sell me an idea, they're stating it like it is.
