They helped to cancel my auto renewal and also initiated the refund for the same. Very fast action on my query by the YAMM team. Thank you.

Great value. Easy to Use I purchsed a YAMM subscription for mail merging emails for a one time project for my organization last year. The product is easy to use and the instructions are very clear. The response is very fast. I did not realize that the purchase automatically sets up for auto-renew. We do not need the service at present. When I saw the auto-renew charge, I contacted YAMM and asked for a refund. No Problem! Refund sent. Actual emails written by real people, with very fast responses. If we ever need to use mail merge for emails again, I will definitely resubscribe to this product.
