GBI had an issue with my computer today I had an issue with my computer today. it was corrupt I got this customer service rep name Sammy who was very instrumental in resolving 1 of my issues. Then he transferred me to another rep name Sophia also great in assisting me to resolve my issue. They were both phenomenal in assisting me. They were patient, polite & took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. i give them both a 10.

GBI recently retired and had to do my… I recently retired and had to do my computer maintenance on my own without the IT department at my beg and call. I was so frustrated with trying to do a simple purchase from the an online store that I had to call for help. The process took time and the tech was patient with me as I'm not great on the computer at all. I can truly say that it was well worth the time and effort to know that my computer is operating as it should without the stress!!!

GBWonderful service...full explanation of… Wonderful service...I was googling recipes and received a popup with a recording stating my IP address had been hacked, my computer was locked (it was, I couldn't do anything) and that I should not shut down my computer but to call the phone number that was in the popup box on the screen. Supposedly this # was a Microsoft support #. Because of the scamming that happens these days instinct told me to, 'DON'T TRUST BUT VERIFY' so I used my phone to check phone numbers for Microsoft support. The number on my computer screen was not a number I could find so I called a number listed on the Microsoft support site. I was connected with a tech who explained that I was smart not to call the # in the popup box that appeared on my computer screen as this was hackers using the Microsoft name to gain access to people's personal information. I had to allow the support techs complete access to my computer to cleanup & reinstall applications, install drivers, give my computer a new IP address, etc I was able to see what the techs were doing and they fully explained what they were doing as they did their thing to put my computer in a secure state. I am confident if I have problems in the future I will get the help I need. I purchased the Supportly security package that will protect my computers, our phones, and notebook as they are all linked together. This is really scary stuff. A person's livelihood and identity can be compromised from hackers and scammers in a heartbeat.
