AWESOME performance! Listen, for me the most important aspect of a server is performance, and with this hosting's performance, I managed to get 200 CPS when using chunky plugin to pregen the world (most hosts get 20ish, yes I am looking at you APEX!!) Plus it has a free trial, so, what are you waiting for?

Definitely one of the best hosting… Definitely one of the best hosting providers out there. Very good CPU’s coupled with discounts and extra ram overhead. I have tried numerous server hosts such as Beastnode, Fragnet, Apex, Ownage, Heimsnet, dedicatedmc(over priced), Bisect, GGServer, Scalacube, and a few others that no longer exist or dead. Out of all these I picked winter mode and prepaid for one whole year because of the good quality and price combo that comes with this hosting company.

My Experience With WinterNode So, I have just started with a server that I manage and let's just say this has been the best support by far of ANY server hosting. I have received a wicked amount of support that it is unbelievable. I'd like to mention a specific Support Team staff that has been vital in my tickets. "vanjmali". Not only are they cooperative when talking to me, but gets straight to the point when needed and seems to never disappoint. Not only is their support good, but their prices and discounts are worth it. 100% recommend to a friend.

Between the service on their website to the service inside their discord you get incredibly fast and extremely helpful support. They are very transparent in the resources that you're paying for as well as very reasonable prices for said resources. Overall the best Server Host Provider I've come across and could see myself using them for the foreseeable future!

Reboot times are great but... Reboot times are great, customer service sucks, memory management sucks. Let me explain. My server is mostly for family and close friends, as such they tend to explore...alot. Due to the horrible backend my server constantly gets out of memory errors and eventually crashes. I have NEVER had this happen with ANY other host I have used. Tried customer service and got the response that narrows down to - "well it's your fault for not "optimizing" your server"...really??? Are you friggin serious?? No attempt to research the problem, wouldn't even listen to my testing procedures or the fact I have never had this issue before. I feel I have paid a year for a service that is unsuitable for use at all. PS...I can run my server on a pc with a weak CPU and 4 gigs of ram with ZERO issues whatsoever.
