Winternode is a true 10/10 This hoster is the best of the best. I have been with winternode for nearly 3 years and haven't had one problem yet. Not only are the prices one of the best you can find but the support team knows what they are doing and are friendly. The support team is one of the best Ive had with server hosting. The support will reply within minutes and no more then a couple of hours. The UI for winternode is very easy to understand and isnt confusing at all. Reboot times are great but... Reboot times are great, customer service sucks, memory management sucks. Let me explain. My server is mostly for family and close friends, as such they tend to explore...alot. Due to the horrible backend my server constantly gets out of memory errors and eventually crashes. I have NEVER had this happen with ANY other host I have used. Tried customer service and got the response that narrows down to - "well it's your fault for not "optimizing" your server"...really??? Are you friggin serious?? No attempt to research the problem, wouldn't even listen to my testing procedures or the fact I have never had this issue before. I feel I have paid a year for a service that is unsuitable for use at all. PS...I can run my server on a pc with a weak CPU and 4 gigs of ram with ZERO issues whatsoever.
