GBMy Experience With WinterNode So, I have just started with a server that I manage and let's just say this has been the best support by far of ANY server hosting. I have received a wicked amount of support that it is unbelievable. I'd like to mention a specific Support Team staff that has been vital in my tickets. "vanjmali". Not only are they cooperative when talking to me, but gets straight to the point when needed and seems to never disappoint. Not only is their support good, but their prices and discounts are worth it. 100% recommend to a friend.

GBI've been on and off hosting Minecraft… I've been on and off hosting Minecraft servers since the good ol' days of roughly 2015, meaning I've tried a LOT of different server hosts. Ever since I've found WinterNode, I won't go anywhere else for my hosting. Very good pricing, AMAZING support, and you actually feel like they listen to you with ideas/issues. I would recommend them HEAVILY to anyone who wants to ensure they have a great experience.

GBThe servers I purchased are excellent The servers I purchased are excellent. They performed much better than expected. Better yet, the support was insane. Everytime I had an issue they would instantly help me within the minute, that’s absolutely crazy. 11/10 support, 11/10 servers. Thanks winternode! Will be purchasing from them again.

GBReboot times are great but... Reboot times are great, customer service sucks, memory management sucks. Let me explain. My server is mostly for family and close friends, as such they tend to explore...alot. Due to the horrible backend my server constantly gets out of memory errors and eventually crashes. I have NEVER had this happen with ANY other host I have used. Tried customer service and got the response that narrows down to - "well it's your fault for not "optimizing" your server"...really??? Are you friggin serious?? No attempt to research the problem, wouldn't even listen to my testing procedures or the fact I have never had this issue before. I feel I have paid a year for a service that is unsuitable for use at all. PS...I can run my server on a pc with a weak CPU and 4 gigs of ram with ZERO issues whatsoever.

GBRecently added a VPS to my package of… Recently added a VPS to my package of services. No trouble with selecting desired options from the many offerings. Deployment was fast and access via normal programs and apps to the VPS are easy to setup and function properly. Tech questions were promptly answered correctly and no issues since. Another great deal from WinterNode.
