Everytime I had an issue they would instantly help me within the minute, that’s absolutely crazy. 11/10 support, 11/10 servers. Thanks winternode! Will be purchasing from them again.

GBGreat features for the cost I use Winternode for Minecraft. We've had one reset due to memory limits, but I'll take responsibility for that. The admin panel is great. You can access everything via console or SFTP, but there's a clean GUI that allows you to configure sub-users with permissions, basic cron tasks, databases and a few other advanced pieces for those that don't want to touch a terminal. Support response times are excellent via Discord. I had someone helping me in less than 5 minutes. DIY hosting is always cheaper, but I've found that Winternode's features are well worth the cost.

GBWinternode is a true 10/10 This hoster is the best of the best. I have been with winternode for nearly 3 years and haven't had one problem yet. Not only are the prices one of the best you can find but the support team knows what they are doing and are friendly. The support team is one of the best Ive had with server hosting. The support will reply within minutes and no more then a couple of hours. The UI for winternode is very easy to understand and isnt confusing at all. Anytime I have an issue I know I can open a ticket and get it solved within a hours or so and that is what makes winternode incrediable.

GBHard to beat customer service Across multiple games we've had multiple issues trying to get different mods and setups going (7d2d and minecraft) The winternode team has been fast to respond to most queries, helped work through adding new services/options where they were needed, and have gone above what I would consider "required" customer service. I'm very glad I found this place.
