Reboot times are great but... Reboot times are great, customer service sucks, memory management sucks. Let me explain. My server is mostly for family and close friends, as such they tend to explore...alot. Due to the horrible backend my server constantly gets out of memory errors and eventually crashes. I have NEVER had this happen with ANY other host I have used. Tried customer service and got the response that narrows down to - "well it's your fault for not "optimizing" your server"...really??? Are you friggin serious?? No attempt to research the problem, wouldn't even listen to my testing procedures or the fact I have never had this issue before. I feel I have paid a year for a service that is unsuitable for use at all. PS...I can run my server on a pc with a weak CPU and 4 gigs of ram with ZERO issues whatsoever.

Listen, for me the most important aspect of a server is performance, and with this hosting's performance, I managed to get 200 CPS when using chunky plugin to pregen the world (most hosts get 20ish, yes I am looking at you APEX!!)
