Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. They got my site working properly and improved my site speed SIGNIFICANTLY! I just want to leave this review for anyone who is on the fence about getting this plugin GET IT! AMAZING Product and Support Their products work great. PerfMatters has made my site wayyyyy faster (basically a perfect score on Google's Pagespeed tool). And their support is awesome! Fast and super helpful. Most companies take days to reply and when they do, they're often not that helpful. But these guys go above and beyond to solve the problem. They'll usually get back to me on the same day and they'll fix the issue themselves. It's a pleasure working with them and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Great plugin, even greater Support Brian at perfmatters went above and beyond. After I struggled with the plugin and gave up and requesting a refund, Brian reached out and not n only helped implement the plugin in to my website, he then carried on making suggestions and improvements to fix the site! He managed to get it from 39% performance rate to 70%-80% I couldn’t ask for any more from a customer service experience. Would highly recommend the plugin and the support.
