10 star support! The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. The support team was quick to respond and offer suggestions that got our site optimized where we wanted it. Page Speed Insights improved 20-30 points on nearly every page of our site!

Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. Perfmatters is a brilliant plugin I am amazed at the efficiency and relative ease of use of the Perfmatters plugin. I create and edit websites as a hobby.
