10 star support! The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. The support team was quick to respond and offer suggestions that got our site optimized where we wanted it. Page Speed Insights improved 20-30 points on nearly every page of our site!

The only thing better than this AMAZING plugin is the STELLAR tech support! I can't say enough good things about not only this plugin, but also the tech support. Worth every penny and then some! As I was initially setting up Perfmatters, I ran into a problem that I couldn't resolve on my own. Brian got back to me extremely quickly, solved the problem, and got pages on my site loading much faster than I was able to myself. There are so many ways to customize this plugin at a very targeted and granular level. Brian went above and beyond to configure my Perfmatters settings in a way that took advantage of every little feature that would improve my page speeds. He even pointed out an issue with a font I was using that was slowing things down, and suggested that I find a different font instead, which I did (I actually like the new font better!) My site is loading faster than I ever though it could! Thank you, Brian! I am so grateful for this plugin, and even more so for all your help!

Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. Great plugin, even greater Support Brian at perfmatters went above and beyond. After I struggled with the plugin and gave up and requesting a refund, Brian reached out and not n only helped implement the plugin in to my website, he then carried on making suggestions and improvements to fix the site! He managed to get it from 39% performance rate to 70%-80% I couldn’t ask for any more from a customer service experience. Would highly recommend the plugin and the support.
