10 star support! The plugin does what you expect. But where this plugin really deserves 5 stars is the excellent support. We had several questions in the first couple weeks after purchasing and setting up the plugin. The support team was quick to respond and offer suggestions that got our site optimized where we wanted it. Page Speed Insights improved 20-30 points on nearly every page of our site!

Hands down the best customer experience EVER! I had a service ticket after installing the plugin and not really knowing what I was doing (new to wordpress). They replied to my ticket within 10 minutes of sending in the ticket (the fastest responses I've ever encountered from a software company). They we're extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They even went as far as checking out any bugs or setting configurations I was encountering. They got my site working properly and improved my site speed SIGNIFICANTLY! I just want to leave this review for anyone who is on the fence about getting this plugin GET IT! Fantastic Service, Great Speed Plugin Blown away by the customer service and the more advanced features this plugin does. We've been attempting the 90+ mobile PSI score for a while on our main site. Tried Flyingpress, Nitro, Swift AI and Perfmatters. Flying Press and Nitro didn't come close. Swift AI did, but it broke the site along the way with no clear way to fix it. Further, Swift AI has terrible support and they don't do anything. Then comes Perfmatters. I had first installed it but due to the more advanced features wasn't sure how to get it going properly to get the elusive high PSI score. Reached out to Brian. Brian came forward and helped me get everything setup, explained what was going on with my site and best practices. All with clear, annotated screenshots. God send support. With their help, we are hitting 95+ on mobile. And, I've learned so much in the process.
