He responded very quickly as well as being knowledgeable about resolving my issue. MochaHost is a company that I would definitely recommend.

Great tech support I've had a few issues recently, I believe probably due to an infrastructure migration. In both cases, after I logged a ticket, I was kept informed of attempts to resolve the issue. In the first case, it took a little longer to solve due to me needing to provide login details. In the latest instance, it was solved in about half a day by Dimo G. Good service, polite, good attitude. Definite recommendation.
