Alex B with Mochahost is amazing Alex B with Mochahost is amazing, they recently upgraded our server and we had some issues with email...after tinkering with if for a couple days, Alex B got hold of it, and realized Mime for Pear mail was not installed correctly to push email from php on a windows server. Again Absolutely Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend

Have been stuck with server migration… Have been stuck with server migration issues followed by errors and bugs and frustrations to say the least! I waited for three days and needed to get past all issues into a working state... and connected on-line with an individual named: Erwin Zainal; he was very patient, extremely supporting and helped me get functional. Others earlier claimed that they were level 1 support and my cases were handled by Level 2 support so I needed to be patient. In my personal opinion, Erwin Zainal is Level 10 in support. He understands the customer and is willing to do whatever it takes at that very point in time to get a resolution. Hats off to Erwin.

Great support, response immediately... This is not the first time that I contacted support from Mochahost.com and I can say that they do their job well responding and analyzing the cause of the problem. I am glad that my latest reported issue has now resolved. Thanks, Dennis!
