MochaHost's has the best and most… MochaHost has the best and most responsive team. I had some questions concerning one of my domains and Tegar was the representative that assisted me. He responded very quickly as well as being knowledgeable about resolving my issue. MochaHost is a company that I would definitely recommend.

Have been stuck with server migration… Have been stuck with server migration issues followed by errors and bugs and frustrations to say the least! I waited for three days and needed to get past all issues into a working state... and connected on-line with an individual named: Erwin Zainal; he was very patient, extremely supporting and helped me get functional. Others earlier claimed that they were level 1 support and my cases were handled by Level 2 support so I needed to be patient. In my personal opinion, Erwin Zainal is Level 10 in support. He understands the customer and is willing to do whatever it takes at that very point in time to get a resolution. Hats off to Erwin.

Excellent customer service I wanted to make an adjustment in how I had my account set up and the customer service was very helpful in working with me to do that.
