amazing customer experience Shopper Approved (specifically Kelton & Ryley) has been great to work with. We have had problems switching services in the past and let them know about these poor experiences. They did a great job of walking through each concern and being honest about whether they could address it or not. We even had some unexpected delays in onboarding & several hoops to jump through. Kelton & Ryley were understanding and easy to work with. I highly recommend ShopperApproved! At the very least, do yourself a favor and set up a call with them to hear more about a great service from great people.
