GBamazing customer experience Shopper Approved (specifically Kelton & Ryley) has been great to work with. We have had problems switching services in the past and let them know about these poor experiences. They did a great job of walking through each concern and being honest about whether they could address it or not. We even had some unexpected delays in onboarding & several hoops to jump through. Kelton & Ryley were understanding and easy to work with. I highly recommend ShopperApproved! At the very least, do yourself a favor and set up a call with them to hear more about a great service from great people.

Shopper Approved offered an abundance of services at very reasonable prices, and I signed on with them after an impressive sales consultation. What impressed me most is their commitment to support. They have continuously followed up and checked in with me after the onboarding process was completed, and their response speed to emails I send them (or phone calls) is impressively fast. The Shopper Approved widgets on my website are clean and easy to use.
