amazing customer experience Shopper Approved (specifically Kelton & Ryley) has been great to work with. We have had problems switching services in the past and let them know about these poor experiences. They did a great job of walking through each concern and being honest about whether they could address it or not. We even had some unexpected delays in onboarding & several hoops to jump through.
