GBEasy-to-use format and tremendous service! I sought out a new review and management reputation service in January 2024. Shopper Approved offered an abundance of services at very reasonable prices, and I signed on with them after an impressive sales consultation. What impressed me most is their commitment to support. They have continuously followed up and checked in with me after the onboarding process was completed, and their response speed to emails I send them (or phone calls) is impressively fast. The Shopper Approved widgets on my website are clean and easy to use.

We have had problems switching services in the past and let them know about these poor experiences. They did a great job of walking through each concern and being honest about whether they could address it or not. We even had some unexpected delays in onboarding & several hoops to jump through.
