Innago Excellence I love this software. I was pleasantly suprised when I started using Innago more that a year ago. There is not a single feature needed to manage my business that is missing. They respond to emails asap and I can actually talk to a person if I choose to. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to efficiently manage thier properties.

Innago makes property management easier! Innago makes it easy for me to track rents, tenants, and leases. If rent or another invoice is not logged as paid in Innago then I get a notification, along with the tenant. If leases are coming due then I get a notifications. You can set notifications up for specific things. I like that I can create and sign electronic leases and other documents in Innago. It is hard to think of any cons about Innago.

Innago keeps me up to date with documents that need to be submitted or dealt with throughout my tenants lease. I don’t have to worry about money or paperwork, Innago handles the emails for reminders greatly. I’ve recommended this product to my colleagues and homeowners. The simplicity to use is just amazing!

One Stop Shop for Landlords/Property Management I chose Innago for the great customer service, 1-day turnaround for ACH rent payments, and the user interface from both the tenant and landlords side. They knocked all those aspects out of the park. Every time I've called, I speak directly to a rep. I don't have to go though a teleprompt. Their interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, unlike their competitors. They can also publish to popular listing websites making this a one stop shop for me.

Landlord 101 The Innago site puts me at ease as a property owner/investor. I moved out of state from my properties and didn’t know where to start to “learn to Landlord”. Then I came across Innago. It has all the tools to be able to track your lease(s), work orders, income, and so much more!
