New to Innago. I would recommend! I recently switched from Cozy over to Innago when Cozy was moving over to Apartments.com. I needed software which would help me make rent collection easy and give me a way to handle lease renewal easily and electronically. Innago delivered. Super happy with the site overall and I'm learning to use other features I didn't have an immediate use for.

I love using Innago I love using Innago, it has helped streamline our business and cut down on the amount of paper and back and forth that we had to do before we started using the program. We love that our clients can pay directly in the program and it passes the fee to them and we get our full rental payment. You can also upload your own lease with your branding and set it up for signing and filling out so it makes everything painless and paperless.

Innago is an amazing rental property… Innago is an amazing rental property management software that saves me time and MONEY! I use it to manage 18 properties in Ohio while living in California. I would be able to do this without this software. I love the tenant screening, payment and lease management sections of the software. I have had few issues with it and when I have their customer support is the best I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend it.

I love innago I love innago. It makes having rental property so much easier to manage. From creating and signing leases on line to helping to keep me organized and on top of things. It lets me know 90 days out when a lease is expiring. It automatically sends out monthly invoices to tenants for rent. It makes it so easy for tenants to pay the rent on line. The maintenance request feature helps keep a paper trail of work done. The reports generated are helpful year end and there are many, many more features.
