Landlord 101 The Innago site puts me at ease as a property owner/investor. I moved out of state from my properties and didn’t know where to start to “learn to Landlord”. Then I came across Innago. It has all the tools to be able to track your lease(s), work orders, income, and so much more! Additionally, if you need assistance, a representative is assigned to you from the get-go and is quick to respond to any questions or catch any issues that may arise. Innago does all the work for you… you can sit back and relax knowing the administrative aspects of your property is taken care of.

Innago is intuitive for landlords and tenants I love using Innago to sign leases and collect rent every month. My tenants love that rent can come out automatically and it’s one less thing they have to keep track of. It’s also great for communicating with tenants for repairs or updates where I can have a record of everything. There are so many features on the platform- I’m not even close to using them all!

Innago is a great property management… Innago is a great property management software, especially for the cost. I have been using the application for about ten months and haven't had a problem. Innago keeps track of my accounting, logging all expenses, credit, fees, etc. The program has a user-friendly interface for both the tenant and landlord portal. Payments can be made via Innago and transferred into any US bank account. Innago sends reminders to tenants informing them of upcoming bills. They also will call tenants if bills are past due. Overall this is a great software to use.

Great Platform We own a small property management company. When we went from just a few renters to a handful we started getting requests for options to pay online. I read about Innago on another website and I'm glad I did! We love it, our tenants love it, and we are at almost 100% on time payment.

This company is freaking awesome This company is freaking awesome! Not only is their software very robust but it's FREE for landlords. Yes you heard me correct, it's FREE. It is an all-encompassing property management software that handles tenant maintenance requests, rent payments, communications, electronic leases, and much much more. Great job Innago!
