GBi have only used upperhand once i have only used upperhand once, but I felt that my information was secure with the lock in each screen, and it was smoothly operating. I liked that it quickly loaded the options for each part of the form that I needed to fill out. When I made a mistake I was easily able to navigate to correct it.
