Being able to see whom I’m speaking…Saved trip to clinic. Being able to see whom I’m speaking with is comforting. I got peace of mind, the consultation was quick easy, the response was simple. Saves a lot of time not having to book an appointment and wait at a clinic.

Clear directions! It was great! Easy to follow and clear directions on inputting parent info vs participant info. Detailed summary/review after so there is no confusion as to what time and which location to report to.

TERRIBLE SITE!!!!! It wasn't until I finished paying for the initial payment that I realized I did not receive a payment receipt. Also, there is no way to see what was paid overtime towards the account on the website. Also, I do not like my payment information being stored and accessed automatically, I was NOT given a choice? Also, the survey box popped up over the payment confirmation, but didnt clear the screen. So to get out of the screen, I had to click out of the PROOF that I paid! The process has much to be desired. Please go back to the drawing board, the site is terrible!

Love it. Save me tons of time! Love it! It's straight forward while also being flexible. You can tell they really understand the needs of a baseball trainer - specifically from a scheduling stand point. It really saves me tons of time.

i have only used upperhand once i have only used upperhand once, but I felt that my information was secure with the lock in each screen, and it was smoothly operating. I liked that it quickly loaded the options for each part of the form that I needed to fill out. When I made a mistake I was easily able to navigate to correct it.
